My young son, like most toddlers, has a piggy bank. Every evening he and his Daddy have fun putting spare change from Dadâs pockets into the pig. Liposuction is a form of cosmetic surgery that aims to remove fat from certain parts of the body. The procedure is also known as Lipoplasty or Suction Lipectomy. Jogging (5 miles per hour/ 8 kmh) 590 calories
Bicycling 590 calories
Aerobics 480 calories
Note: If you weigh over 155 pounds the calorie burn-off will be greater, below 155 pounds the burn-off lesser. There is no accurate science that applies to each individual.
To lose weight and keep it off you should aim at losing one pound (450 grams) each week and to lose one pound you must reduce your present calorie intake by 3,500 calories. How you achieve it is up to you. I suggest 300 less calories each day in your food intake and burn an extra 200 calories each day through physical activity. As you become fitter you will find this ratio reversing.

How Many Calories Should I Consume To Lose Weight:
Every time I used to diet I got grouchy. Real cranky.
Man, was I fed up with not being able to lose weight. Iâve tried everything. Every new diet that comes out, every new exercise fad, I am on it. The problem is, I get bored, I stop doing it and I fall off the wagon over and over again.
So what is the answer? My friend of many years, Mike, told me the secret to losing weight with exercise is to do something fun and exciting. Do something, he says, that you will want to do, not something you have to do. Find that something and you will exercise every day and it wonât feel like exercise. Sounds good to me.
I began with some classes at the local gym. Good stuff, I can tell you from first hand experience. The instructor was young and fit and very energetic. She got us all pumped up and ready to work out! Afterwards I felt sore and tired of course, but during the class I had energy I havenât had in years. I couldnât believe it. The thing is though, I am not all that into to going to the gym. I like having privacy and staying at home. The problem is how to get motivated by myself?
Then I found out about cardio kickboxing DVDs available. For a few weeks, I did it three times a week. I felt fantastic. Never felt better and I could not believe how easily I was losing weight. After about a month, my pants starting falling off! I had to get a tighter belt, I can tell you that much. A whole new wardrobe was on the way and I was not complaining.
After two months people did not recognize me anymore. I would see people I hadnât seen for a while and they were like, âwho are you?â It was a great feeling, that is for sure. All my hard work was paying off. So how does kickboxing work so well when most other ways of losing weight donât?
Well, you see, cardio kickboxing uses every muscle in your body all the time. I know I felt muscles I did not even know I had after the first few days. It was incredible. The more muscle you use, the more calories you burn and the faster your body starts to transform into a lean mean machine like mine did.
Another thing is that it is fun to do. My buddy Mike was right. If you find something you like to do, you are more likely to do it consistently. I started gaining more confidence and that led to more results. Each fed into the other, results breeding confidence and vice-versa.
So if you are like me and are fed up with all the same old stuff at the gym, try getting your hands on a DVD that can be fun and give you results. My body and outlook on working out will never be the same.
